MIDC grant new water connection to plot on application and signing of Water agreement between MIDC and plot holder.
MIDC on request of plot holder and receipt of payment issue No Dues Certificate certifying that all the charges are paid and there is no outstanding against the plot.
Increase / decrease in water connection size can be done with approval of MIDC.
