Occupancy Certificate
Approval of building plans for proposed construction are granted by MIDC through online process of AUTODCR.
Intimation for completion of construction upto Plinth level as per approved plans needs to be given to MIDC
MIDC issues Occupancy Certificate after certifying that the construction is suitable to be occupied . The occupancy certificate is issued by MIDC after Building Completion Certificate is submitted by the Architect.
