1. Final Fire NOC

Renewal for Fire NOC is required to be obtained from MIDC Fire department after the expiry of Fire NOC validity.

2. Renewal of Fire NOC

After completion of construction as per approved building plans and before issuance of BCC, Final Fire NOC is required to be obtained from MIDC. MIDC issues Final Fire NOC after inspection of construction and checking whether all the conditions are fulfilled as per provisional fire NOC.
